Property Dressing in Queens Park, London. This is my old hood. I lived in Notting Hill for over 10 years, then moved to QUeens Park when we had our first child, Lenny. Now in Ealing, with 2 boys, my time in Queens Park seems a while ago, but the area will always be one of my favourite in London. I loved property dressing this house. It was opposite Queen’s Park and so a fantastic location too, as well as a great space to be creative with.
A renovated house in Queens Park, Lodnon, was not selling so the client decided to dress the property and relaunch for the sales market. The rooms benefited hugely from house staging, and what were empty, harsh looking rooms suddenly became fun, quirky and welcoming. The house had been interior designed, and without furniture the rooms looked even more empty.
Each property is styled individually using our items rather than offering packages or making properties all look the same. Our property dressing services cover Queens Park, and most areas of London.
Once rephotographed and relaunched, the house went quickly under offer. The client was delighted that the contract was within the minimum period hire, and mentioned what a good investment it was to interior style the house. The purchaser moved in quickly and Cullum Design turned around the removal of the furniture to ensure minimal stress to the client – not only great furniture, great service too!
