This house, a family home, and then let for a few years, really transformed once furniture was installed. With careful selection of items, and styling to make the house feel once again like the wonderful family home it is, the house quickly received an offer.

Why is it that some high street agents do not recommend home staging to their clients? This is something that I struggle to understand as it works to their advantage, and it does not cost them – but perhaps this is the reason, they don’t want to advise their clients that it may cost them to bring up the property to improve its presentation. However, this is the perfect example of a client, taking control of the situation, and the high street agent then losing out on a sale as the client then went to Purple Bricks. The investment was minimal compared the the price reduction that the agent had suggested to them.
