We view the property (free of charge) and draw up an itemised provisional list on which the estimate is based.
Show: We charge 4% of the value of the items in the property per month for a minimum of three months.
Relocation: We charge 4% on furniture and 6% on soft furnishings and upholstered items, for a minimum of 3 months (shorter term contracts can be agreed, and long term contracts we offer a discounted rate). For contracts over 6 months we offer new Hypnos mattresses.
There is a transport charge from £500 (ex VAT) that covers both the cost of delivering and collecting the items.
