Home staging a new build in Bognor Regis, Worthing. This is a new build in a boutique development of new houses, just outside Bognor Regis in Felpham, near Worthing. Cullum Design was asked to home stage one of the properties, Daisy Gardens, for photography and viewings.
The new build houses have been built using local materials such as flint and brick. As such, we wanted to keep the interiors looking natural too, using lighter woods such as oak, pale colours for the sofa and adding colour through artwork and soft furnishings. As family houses, we dressed one of the bedrooms as a children’s room.
Home staging a new build
Here at Cullum Design we work with a range of properties. We work with super prime London to new builds out of town. Each project is approached with a bespoke brief:- professionalism and our dedicated team of stylists, porters, picture hangers and drivers. Every one of our projects is different and therefore different items are used.
Here we wanted to use a more relaxed and low key approach natural woods, linens, affordable art, showing how the house will make a fabulous family home.
These houses are affordable homes and part of a shared ownership scheme. We therefore wanted the interiors to reflect the affordability of these homes, making them seem welcoming and homely to potential buyers.
