What does it cost for a proposal?
There is no cost for a proposal. Please just email or whats app Natalie a floor plan and any photos, along with the full address. Include as much info on the property as you can. Following our proposal, if you are interested in proceeding, we’d need to do a site visit to check access, take measurements and confirm the quote.
Can you advise on agents and the marketing process?
Yes. We can advise on marketing and which agents we’d recommend depending on the property and its location. We can’t always advise on agents, but over the 30 years of working in property Natalie has a great contact list of fantastic agents and if she thinks someone is particalary suited to the property she will connect.
