As a small family business who have been working for over 30 years, over this time have built up excellent relationships with clients who come back to us time and time again. We treat each enquiry and every client with the utmost professionalism and discretion, having worked with numerous celebrities and high profile clients. It is always mysekf Natalie who deals with all enquiries and client liason, so at every stage of the staging process, I will be overseeing the project. I think one of the most important parts of customer service is to have the same point of contact throughout the process.
· Ensure phone calls and emails are efficiently and clearly answered. From the initial enquiry through to the final communication, we are friendly and professional throughout, and our discretion when it comes to high profile clients is unquestionable.
· Show impeccable work ethics. We treat all people who we work with – from porters to clients, to agents to our own in house team with respect at all times, and offer support throughout our working experience with them.
· Have an online presence and show consistently good reviews throughout all channels. I think our Houzz reviews says it all!
