The Property:
This is a lovely house in Ovington Street, Chelsea, that we have dressed for sale. The owners had some items already in the property. We worked with their existing furniture to fully stage the house. The house used to belong to fashion designers David Emanuel with his wife, Elizabeth, who both designed the wedding dress worn by Lady Diana Spencer at her wedding to Prince Charles in 1981!
Furniture brings energy to spaces. That is why staging is such an important marketing tool as it creates a connection to the property.

Home staging with Russell Simpson has always proved very successful. It was on the market with Russell Simpson and is now sold.
The house had been on the market for a while with very little interest. The client reached out to enquire about home staging. Thank-you to Miles at Off Market London for the recommendation as they consulted and advised the client and recommended staging. The client then decided to dress the property and relaunch with new agents. The client had some items, and we are very happy to work with clients existing furniture. Cullum Design filled in the gaps to create a beautiful and stylish interiors that photographed really well.
Russell Simpson have their own inhouse media team so thankyou to them for the use of these images. They know how important strong photography and video is to help with marketing. They also know how important social media is for marketing.
