The clients first asked me to quote for this house back in September 2020, but then decided to proceed with virtual dressing which is a cheaper option but also has its limitations. It may look good for property listings but at the end of the day when the viewings are happening, virtual dressing doesn’t help so much as having real furniture in situ. Its hard to imagine empty rooms at their best. Weirdly, property dressing rooms with furniture makes rooms feel bigger rather than smaller.
The house is on the market with Savills. The good news is they had multiple offers within weeks of staging, resulting in sealed bids and accepting an offer over the asking price.
