Our client lives abroad, so we provided a ‘feet on the ground’ service where we could advise him on all the areas that needed work. Following a site visit, we advised resanding and varnishing the floors, painting and decorating, window cleaning, and doing some gardening.

Our client did all these works and the house felt completely different! Gone was the rental feeling. Instead, there was a new, fresh and new energy!
