Property dressing Shepherdess Walk on with Nest Seekers, a 2 bed flat in The Canal Building is a standout on the Shoreditch, Islington warehouse scene. This building is very popular for its windows and factory aesthetic, and with this in mind we went for a modern, loft styling feel. Keeping it neutral and open we used mid century modern furniture, but at the same time wanting it to feel warm and welcoming.
Property dressing really enhances the interiors of the property and this apartment was transformed after staging. The interior styling of a space makes such a difference to the photography and listing and is so important to engage people to come and view. The cost is not as expensive as you may think,, especially compared to the benefits. Home styling and interior presentation is vital to achieving the best possible offer for your property.
