Property staging this Hackney flat was great fun, and the photography by Matt Gamble Photography show the space really well.
Does property staging help with presentation? Well, we think so! This flat looked great empty, but came to life once furnished.
Though most of our work is Central and West London, I love working out East too – its just got a different vibe, and heading East for the day with the family, checking out the art galleries and food, its a fun area to be. So I was thrilled to be asked to property dress this very cool flat in Hackney and we wanted it to be a little more fun in its interiors.
A trendy flat in Hackney has been home staged by Cullum Design to maximise its marketing and presentation potential. In a competition property market, every viewing is essential to make sure the property looks its best. Property staging is well worth the investment as the interior images are essential for marketing the property online, as well as when people are viewing. Our style is to make the property feel like a home. Items are styled and look appealing, to create a narrative whereby people can connect with the space.
The flat had lots of colour thanks to a colour consultation by Farrow and Ball. This really made the rooms feel bigger and also great to work with as we could use the colour to tie in with accessories and artwork.
Each property is styled to a brief based on its interior architecture, location and the kind of people that may be looking around. In this case we have made the flat feel young and vibrant, giving a pop up of colour yet keeping the rooms feeling light and spacious. This property is being marketed by Yopa.
