Property Styling a refurbished house in Kingston, London

This house had been fully refurbished and extended to make a lovely family home, and the client, understanding the benefits of property styling, asked Cullum Design to dress the house.

The Brief

The living areas at the back of the house, with the bio folding doors leading to the garden and the sky lights made this area of the house very light. For the property styling of this area, we wanted to keep it family friendly with a large eight seater wooden dining table, along with a comfortable sofa seating area too. Sofas and chairs were kept neutral, with colour added through textiles and artwork.

The monochrome kitchen is very dramatic in contrast to the light and neutral tones of the living area.

The kitchen also leads to the garden where we supplied an outdoor dining table which again adds to the property styling.

There are also four bedrooms, which we styled. The bedrooms were made to look welcoming and comfortable.
