Recent property dressing projects

Recent property dressing projects.

After we property dress a house, it can take a while for us to receive the photographs from the property marketing agents.

Here are some links to show you recent projects that are not yet on the website as well as a case study for a property on Hollywood Road where we offered our property presentation consultation free of charge as an add on service.

Herbert Crescent, Knightsbridge

This is a fabulous house over several floors moments from Harrods. What strikes me most about this property, when I went to visit initially was the historical details – from when you open the front to to the dining room, reception rooms and more. A classic contemporary style for property dressing worked well here, keeping it light and spacious feeling whilst luxury too. We didn’t hang artworks as the house has been newly refurbished. When property dressing we do adivse artwork, but we are very flexible and will work to a brief – if no artwork is required it does also make the costs come down. Property marketingby Imperial Homes.

The Penthouse, Brandon House, Wyfold Street, Fulham

A truly unique warehouse penthouse apartment of approximately 2,900 sq ft with a stunning double roof terrace, secure private double parking and private lift access this is a spectular property and one that we enjoyed staging hugely. The loft style feel with the far reaching views of London makes this a unique property – in fact this apartment has featured in many film and photoshoots too! Property marketing by Chestertons and Marsh and Parsons.

Avalon Road, Fulham

This property has been marketed by John D Wood and is now under offer. Working with the style and period of the property to create a homely feel, a few antiques have been used to property dress this home. Mixing heritage pieces with contemporary pieces works well in period homes to reflect the historical nature of the architecture.

Case Study – Interior Consultation.

Hollywood Road, Cheslea

Interior consultation offered as an add on service free of charge.

When Cullum Design were called in to help with home staging this property it had been rented out for a number of years and was looking tired.  This property would really benefit from being staged as it was a great space but needed a little help to bring it to its full potential.

But because it had been rented to tenants for a long time Cullum Design advised a few basic pre marketing pointers.  These included painting the interior, removing the old curtains from the reception rooms to let more light in and replacing the stairway runner which was thread bare in places.

After the decoration works were completed, the house immediately felt lighter and fresher.  We then arrived with the furniture and accessories and began to stage the property.  We had been asked to dress the property from top to bottom  and with the furniture installed, the house was transformed. A sale followed and clients were thrilled.
