We were asked by theprocuro.com to stage this flat in East London that had been on the rental market. The owner was looking to sell the flat and knew it would beenfit from staging.

The flat had been refurbished, and the landlord understood the benefits of staging for photography & viewings. Empty apartments never show well. Staging this apartment made a huge difference to the interiors and with the open plan living room, furniture helped to create zones which made it easier to see how to use the spaces.
The apartment had amazing views of the city. It is located in a cool area of East London in a modern building.

Cullum Design stages each property according to its style and target market. Our staging brief on this flat was to have a modern feel also adding a mid century sideboard which adds warmth to the space. The Tom Dixon lamp is a designer item. We wanted the space to be stylish and cosy. The bedrooms benefitted from staging. Smaller bedrooms feel larger with furniture. Adding furinture to empty rooms helps to see the spaces more clearly. Stagers carefully chose items to create stylish interiors.
