Property Staging a house in Wimbledon on the market with Hawes and Co. This substantial house is on the wonderful Home Park Road, overlooking the golf course in Wimbledon. Funnily enough, a few years ago we staged the next door house!
The client already had some items in the house so our main task as to fill in the gaps, remove the items not required, and make the house look its best! Using items that we felt worked with the style that was already there, we transformed the rooms into beautifully styled interiors. Our large collection of furniture means we can work to most styles! Sadly we were not able to hang artwork and could only use existing nails. But, the house felt completely different after we added more items and top layer styling, and did result in a successful sale!
Home staging is all about Inspiring buyers by showing them a finished home that feels both stylish and welcoming. Initially the benefit is to create a strong online presence by having interior styled photography. Once buyers visit the property the staging will help them connect to the property and hopefully secure a purchase!
