A fully refurbished flat required house staging prior to launching on the property market.
This project consisted of an international creative collaboration with the clients, often traveling, in Asia. With that came a minimal time zone window to communicate (What’s app was hugely beneficial!) yet we successfully brought the flat fully dressed to market within a very tight time frame. the property was then photographed for online marketing and viewings commenced immediately. It is great to work as a team and with fellow creatives and to have their ideas and input – after all, they have a vision haven’t worked with it and seen it through all the various stages.
I love interior styling properties in Kensington &Chelsea – I love the architecture in the area, the history, the restaurants and the whole Chelsea, ‘Kings Road’ vibe! With The Ivy just down the road, or The Shop at Bluebird, Beaufort House, Sloane Square, Saatchi Gallery, & The Duke of York Square, well, there are just so many creative places in Chelsea. This flat has a superb location.
Chelsea is where it all began for Cullum Design over 40 years ago. Our parents lived there and they started the whole concept of house staging. They noticed that properties sold quicker if they were furnished. Our father is a builder, and our mother a designer – a perfect combination to start a house staging company. Over forty years later, we still work with some of the same people at the same estate agents.
How did House Staging help at Pullman Court?
Pullman Court is a classic example of house staging in London. Once the renovations were complete, Cullum Design dressed the property prior to launch to the sales & lettings market. The brief was to create a light and airy look, using contemporary items and a classic feel.
The property was successfully let. The furniture was then removed, and all within only a few days of notice being given.
The project has recenlty featured Singapore lifestyle magazine PORTFOLIO.
