CASE STUDY
Claureville Grove had been property dressed by another company and had been on both the rental and sales market for over 6 months with little interest. The client asked Natalie to come and view the property to give some feedback as to why the property was having very little interest. Natalie advised painting some of the areas, removing some of the curtains which were blocking the light, especially in the kitchen, and adding more colour through the furnishings. The client decided to instruct Cullum Design to dress the property. The style before had been more chrome and neutrals, so Natalie decided to use more whites to lift the rooms, and softer furniture with limited chrome to make the rooms feel more welcoming. Within a week, Knight Frank had found a tenant! Success!
